Baseball Coaching

Coaching little kids to play one of the greatest sports is not the easiest task in the world. However, after my first season as the manager of a little league AAA team, I can say that it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I probrably learned more than the kids about the game and how to coach. This blog will be use to share my experience and what I learned during my first season. Also, since I enjoyed it so much, I have decided to venture into coaching a Fall Ball competitive team.

Please feel free to join me on this journey. Share your successes and failures as a coach or parent, so that we can all grow together. I welcome your ideas and suggestions to improve our practices.

Until next time...
FJ Castro
